Due to solid growth and demand, our client is hiring a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer’s in the San Francisco area. Their unique technology accelerates time-to-big-data-insight by removing complexities, and brings the power of big and fast data to everyone, in seconds. In only 2 years this start-up was recognized as a “Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for BI and Analytics Platforms”. In a sea of similar companies, our client stands out and is getting a great deal of attention because their product comes into play when the competitions product has reached it’s limit. As a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in solving Analytic needs in a Big Data environment. Your main goal as a Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer will be to support sales productivity and deal flow, by simplifying concepts and securing the technical close. Base salary range is $150K – $170K with $230K – $250 OTE (uncapped) plus draw and stock options.
- Must have a BA in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field.
- Must have start-up experience.
- 8-10 years experience in the enterprise software industry.
- Must be able to present well to C-level audiences as you will be customer facing bridging business and technical understanding.
