nCino
nCino is a cloud-based bank operating solution for the financial services industry. nCino is backed by Insight Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Bessemer Partners, Wellington Management and Chip Mahan.
Tom and Target Solutions began working with nCino when there were only 15 people in the office with only Live Oak Bank seed funding. Since 2012, the Target Team has placed over 40 foundational people including their Business Dev Team and most of their first 10 Enterprise Sales Executives. In addition, we have also placed the VP HR, VP Sales, VP Pro Services, Product Specialist, Product Development, Evangelist, Toronto Sales, Europe Sales, and even a graphic designer. nCino now has over 1,500 global employees. On July 2, 2020, nCino had one of the most successful IPO’s in the last 10 years.

Privacera is a platform for data security and data governance. Privacera is backed by Insight Ventures, Point 72 Ventures, Cervin Ventures, Alchemist Accelerator and most recently by Accel.
Tom and Target Solutions began working with the CEO, Balaji Ganesan, many years ago at Hortonworks. Balaji co-founded Privacera and contacted Tom to help build out a sales team. In the past few years, we’ve placed the Head of Sales, multiple salespeople, the Product Manager, presales engineers and the Technical Support Engineering Head.

Kong is an open-source platform to manage and secure APIs and Microservices. Kong is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Index, GGV, CRV and World Innovation Lab.
Target Solutions was introduced to KONG in April of 2019. The first placement was the VP Sales East. Within 5 months the Target Team built Kong’s East Coast sales team with 5 more sales executives. 100% Success – 6 searches AND 6 placements.

Target Solutions has been working with Andreessen Horowitz portfolio companies for many years. We started working with SignalFX in 2018. Tom and the Target Team made 8 placements in the U.S. and Canada prior to SignalFx being acquired by SPLUNK for $1.1B in August of 2019.
